1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, creating an account, connecting messaging channels, or utilizing the services provided by AI Employee BD ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you ("Merchant", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the platform.

2. Account & Security Responsibilities

When creating an account on AI Employee BD, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and for all actions occurring under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3. Connected Messaging Accounts & Channels

When connecting third-party messaging channels (such as Facebook Messenger Pages via Facebook Login for Business or WhatsApp Cloud API numbers), you affirm that you are the lawful owner, administrator, or authorized representative of such channels. You agree to comply with all applicable policies of Meta Platforms, Inc., including Meta's Commercial Terms and Messaging Policies.

4. AI-Generated Content & Merchant Oversight

AI Employee BD provides automated conversational assistance designed to handle buyer inquiries, check stock, and draft orders in Bangla and Banglish.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use AI Employee BD for any unlawful, deceptive, or prohibited activities, including:

• Selling counterfeit, illegal, restricted, or hazardous products.
• Engaging in fraudulent payment schemes, fake bKash/Nagad confirmations, or fake order generation.
• Sending unsolicited commercial spam or harassing messaging prohibited by Meta or local regulations.
• Attempting to bypass multi-tenant security boundaries, probe APIs, or execute unauthorized exploits.
• Reverse engineering or scraping the platform's proprietary software code and workflows.

6. Courier & Payment Integrations

AI Employee BD provides automation connectors to third-party courier services (e.g., Steadfast Courier, Pathao Courier) and payment reference workflows (e.g., bKash, Nagad). Merchants maintain independent contractual relationships with their respective courier and payment providers. AI Employee BD is not a courier or financial institution and does not guarantee third-party parcel delivery times, physical handling, or financial settlement.

7. Service Availability & Modifications

AI Employee BD is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for optimal uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to update features, modify API integrations, or conduct scheduled maintenance to improve system security and performance.

8. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent transactions, infringe on intellectual property, or pose security risks to the platform or other merchants.

Merchants may terminate their account at any time by requesting deletion or using the self-service Danger Zone within Store Settings.

9. Intellectual Property

The AI Employee BD software, interfaces, workflows, trademarks, and documentation are the proprietary intellectual property of AI Employee BD. Merchants retain full ownership of their proprietary business data, product catalogs, customer databases, and brand assets.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Employee BD and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, loss of data, business interruption, or courier delivery failures arising from or related to the use of the platform.
